As a prolific reader, I have owned some version of a kindle for many many years. I have always wrapped my kindle in a vistacase, as they are by far the best quality, best value for money cases available. Is awkward to use.
Hard to take on and off and difficult to work out how to wear it so it performs iwatch functions.
Uncomfortable and tight.
I only used it for about 3 days.

I ordered my case for my MacBook Pro and nowhere on the order form. Did they ask my model number. I told them it was a 13 inch MacBook Pro.
I then received an email the next day asking for the model number, but I didn't see the email or have a chance to answer it until the following day, less than 24 hours later.
When I gave them my model number, they told me that it had already been shipped and I would have to pay $13 more to get a new one shipped to my address. I told them that that wasn't good business practice because they didn't even give me a chance to give them my model number in a reasonable amount of time.
First of all, it should've been on the order form! Secondly, you should respond to your emails! In third, I told you I would write a horrible review if you did not get back to me. Playing hide and seek does not work in business.
Send me my product or I will continue to tell everybody about my poor experience with you!

I was most impressed by the to which vista went to insure that I received the correct product for my needs.
Looks great really like it. The only thing I would try and change would be make it a bit bigger with a handle on each side . and a way to keep it permanently propped up.

Very disappointing. It looks pretty but even after many days in the sun it still smells.
Kindle case polka dot (black & white): Imaging not sharp more a dark grey and very discoloured (greenish through the top section) in the finished product. Advised Vistacase on receipt that it was not up to standard. Lovely email apology response...we will send you a new one...months later...nothing further happened. Also, the case 'slips' when open for reading not at ALL worth AU$50.00
I absolutely love my Kindle cover, it’s so pretty!! Fits perfectly, and is a high quality cover.
Arrived promptly, had to exchange size, they were great replied to email the next day and I had a new case by weeks end.
